The biggest challenge was the poor load capacity and the construction of high dams due to the fact that the whole line passes through the valley of the Rogatnica river. We constructed a new highway section at the location of an existing regional road in the total length of 1,560 m. In the scope of the project, we built the accompanying deviations and a part of the new regional road in the length of 1,164 m with all necessary support walls, bridges, surface and deep drainage system, as well as water management arrangements. The line was finished in 28 months and we used approximately 6,200 m3 of concrete and 1,213 tonnes of reinforced steel.
