The neighborhood consists of 7 residential units (blocks) that are connected with a common single-floor garage. An individual unit size is GF+4 floors, and an individual unit includes 20 to 27 apartments. The garage is built on a gravel terrain of the river Sava slightly above groundwater level. Construction is performed according to the principle of cooperation with the future buyers of apartments, which means that buyers may select individual interior materials and equipment during construction. This demands a lot of coordination between all construction participants.
